My main stitch which I really continue to enjoy has been Three Tulips.
I've put this aside for now because I think I'm going to swap out some of the colours with other floss from my stash. Being a part of this group has given me more confidence in using floss from my stash rather than ordering more for each piece. I'm getting more confident on my colour choices and schemes for a design.
I also had two finishes from charts in my stash. Both are spring/Easter designs which will add to my spring decor.

It's amazing what lovelies you can find within your stash!
Очень красиво! Прекрасно!
ReplyDeleteBoth your finishes are wonderful. I really love them. And I think you stayed with the lighter thread in Three Tulips. What ever thread you went with looks beautiful. I am in the same boat as you and are doing my best to use my thread stash instead of ordering - but but but!!!
ReplyDeleteOkay no but's - lol. love Annette

ReplyDeleteWhat lovely finishes and I love the three tulips that you're working on.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on a couple of different pieces right now and you have inspired me to check into my stash for my next projects.
Lovely stitching :) Congrats on not spending anything this month...I managed that too.
ReplyDeleteAll your stitching is lovely....but that sweet little bunny is adorable. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Stitching. :)
Gorgeous designs! Love the Three Tulips :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you for not spending anything... me... not so much LOL
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you - my stash is also full of things that I dearly love and I'd like to start them all at once.
ReplyDeleteYOur have stitched a lot this month, and even some lovely spring finishes.
And isn't it great to play with threads and colours a bit?I never used to do that and always thought that the recommended thread an colour was the best. BUt since I started changing these a bit here and there I'm using much more of my thread stash And usually I'm very pleased with the results.
Both Spring finishes are beautiful. It's amazing what you can find in the depths of the crafting stash! Your WIPs are coming along wonderfully well.
